A Las Vegas teenager has been accused of xesually assaulting a girl who was drunk and unable to respond coherently, all while others watched, laughed and recorded the incident on their cellphones.

Aiden Cicchetti, 17, was arrested in March on three counts of xesual assault but released on his own recognizance following an initial appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court.

Now, new details about the horrific assault have been released.

The alleged incident occurred after a night of partying in which the girl went out with a group of friends on a 'party bus' when the victim met someone named Aiden.

The pair downed shots and also drank from an unidentified bottle of liquor allegedly provided by Aiden.

The girl recalled how her vision then became blurry, and that she felt 'dizzy and nauseous'.

Her final memory before blacking out was leaving a house party in Henderson, Nevada, and walking towards her car.

She then found herself waking up in Aiden's kitchen with her pants and underwear missing and covered with only with a blanket. She finally returned home around 3:40am.

Cicchetti's attorney, Ross Goodman, has stated the xesual encounter between the pair was was consensual and that there was no evidence the girl 'was incoherent or otherwise blacked out.'

According to the arrest report from the Metropolitan Police Department, Cicchetti messaged the girl her on her social media the following day.

He made reference to their xesual encounter but the girl initially assuming he was joking

The following day she received a message from someone else with the message: 'LMAO look what I found on my phone.'

Alongside the text were three videos that depicted her on the back seat of her car with Aiden allegedly engaging in xesual acts. In the background, others could be heard laughing at what they were witnessing.

When she showed a close friend at her school they encouraged her go to the police.

The friend went to the school's wellness counselor to report the act which led to the dean of students confiscating a phone that contained the videos.

Police looked at the three clips which ranged between 3 and 11 second in duration.

Authorities described the girl as 'barely conscious' noting how she could be heard saying 'stop' while Cicchetti had xes with her.

Another video saw the victim crying 'no, no, no,' according to the arrest report obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Cicchetti had been attending online school for the past year-and-a-half and told police he was intoxicated and had blurred vision but was sober enough to be in control of his actions.

He denied having xes with anyone on the night or morning of the party but after being shown the videos in which he featured, he tearfully admitted to his involvement. He claimed the xes was consensual and that the girl's friends had coerced him into it.

Cicchetti was initially taken to juvenile hall and booked into Clark County Detention Center.

He has since been released on bail and will make his next court appearance on June 21.
